They say that making your first million is the hardest, but that's a lie. Making your first $10,000 is. Why? Because the first $10,000 determines if you're actually selling the right thing! If you're selling something and can't make $10,000 from it, it may be time to do something different! We can figure that out together. But if you've already passed that milestone, then you've already jumped one of the biggest hurdles in your path! The next $90,000 -- that's a whole lot easier. That's just building on the success you've already had, and replicating it. My 6th year in business was my first $100,000 year. I remember it like it was yesterday, because that was a LOT OF MONEY twenty-four years ago. You'll get there too, and I'll help you!

When I was in your shoes, the biggest problem was not having a consistent stream of paying customers. And the reason is usually because you're not 'the obvious choice'. Instead, you're just 'a choice'. To Jesus' deciples, he wasn't 'a choice'. No, Jesus was 'the only choice'! So you need to be more like Jesus. Because when you are, customers will basically tell you to "Shut up and take my money!" Lucky for you, there are two POWERFUL things in working your favor.

First, you have the Almighty Door Keeper on your side. So you can tell that closed door, “You are not permanent. You will not keep me from my destiny. You don't have the final say. My doorkeeper has the final say! He's promised that he will open doors no person can shut. He will cut through bars of iron. He will break chains to get me into my purpose!” I can see right now, through my eyes of faith, that door opening. I can see chains breaking. I can see you stepping into new levels of freedom, favor, and abundance. I can see that, because you're here.

Second, I have a debt to repay that I can never repay in full. And today's payment -- goes to you. For what God has given me -- the abundance, the favor, and the knowledge -- I shall pass unto you. I can see ancient gates, gates that have held you back for years, they're opening up. The King Of Glory is about to come in. He's going to do things you can't explain. It's going to be supernatural. Doors will open that you never dreamed would open. Abundance is coming to you. The right people will show up and you will gain freedom from things that have limited you. These open doors are going to catapult you into a new level of your destiny!

To get from where you are to where you want to be, you need a Unique Selling Proposition (USP). This is what changes your business from being 'a choice', to being 'the only choice'. My favorite example of a great USP is Domino's Pizza back in the early 80's. You could get pizza from tons of places, and it was BETTER pizza! Yet, people routinely ordered Domino's because of its USP: “Fresh hot pizza delivered in 30 minutes or less, guaranteed.” Domino's knew that its unique selling proposition was that it could get fresh, hot, pizza to it's customers FAST. And THEIR CUSTOMERS VALUED THAT MORE than they valued high quality pizza.

That single USP took Domino's from a few million dollars a year, to a multi-billion dollar company! The right USP will easily get you to $100,000 per year too -- and beyond! There's a woman in the scripture named Rahab. She was a prostitute. She didn't like the path she took. She didn't like who she'd become. She felt stuck. I've felt the same way sometimes. Maybe you have too.

She prayed to God and asked him to show her a better path. After all she'd done, was she worthy? Thankfully, when you take one step towards God, he'll come RUNNING towards you! Because God doesn't judge the way people judge. People will write you off and tell you that you're dreaming foolish dreams. I can't even count the number of times that I've been told that. I would tell someone my dreams, and they would write them off. "You can't do anything great! You've made too many mistakes. You're not talented enough." Even if they don't mean to, people can crush your soul. They've certainly crushed mine -- many times. But I had faith. I had faith in how God saw me. In my heart, I know he saw me as a masterpiece waiting in unformed clay. I know he was willing to mold me. I know that he crowned me with favor. Because nothing I've done, has lessened my value. Nothing I've done has made Him love me any less. And I had faith that he would someday make something significant out of my life. Why? Because he did the same thing with Rahab.

You see, Joshua sent men in to spy on the city of Jericho. Word got out that they were there, and Rahab hid the spies. In return, the spies told her that whoever was in her house when the Israelites attacked, would be spared. Rahab and her relatives were the only survivors. That was when everything changed. Rahab then married Salmon from the tribe of Judah. They had a son named Boaz. Boaz had a son named Jesse. Jesse had a son named David. That means that Rahab is in Jesus' family line! Now, Rahab is in Hebrews:11 as one of the heroes of faith among Abel, Abraham, and Moses! Imagine someone telling her while she was still in her old profession, that one day you're going to make such an impact, that THOUSANDS of years from now -- people will be talking about you! She would have said "You've got the wrong person. Do you see what I do for a living? Look at the mistakes I've made! Look at my culture!"

None of that matters.

Because nothing can stop our God.

Growing a business to $100,000 per year is nothing for our God! There is no door that God can't open. There is no favor that God can't grant. After all, he helped me do the exact thing that you want to do! God smiled on me and opened my door. Now, it's your turn. So like Rahab, he's gonna give you favor that you may not think you deserve. And not only will you get everything you DO deserve, but you're gonna impact your family, your city, and your world!
